Microsoft Excel is the systems “integrator” for organizations that use multiple applications to manage and track processes. That’s just one of the results from an informal survey of BizNet Software webinar participants.
You can vote, too, by completing the short survey below.
Almost three out of every four respondents say they use Excel every day or at least two to three times each week to consolidate data from multiple systems.
And, as you might expect, almost all of those folks are dealing with more than three process management applications. Twenty percent say their organization uses six or more systems and the majority – 61% – say they have three to five in operation.
BizNet Software users are also apparently participating in the movement to hosted or cloud-based applications.
Twenty-seven percent of those responding say that more than half the systems used in their organization are already in the cloud or hosted environments.
The majority – 59% – say only 25% or less of those systems are housed elsewhere … but the remainder are obviously following the trend to off-premises applications.
The questions were completed by more than 80 participants in the webinar: Introducing BizNet Vision – It’s Not Just For Financials Anymore. You can view the complete webinar in our Video Center, or learn more about BizNet Software’s newest release by contacting sales@biznetsoftware.com.
And now, you can add your vote to the tally by completing the short survey below. Every Vote Counts! Check back often to see updated results. Yes, they will be compiled in Microsoft Excel . . . Powered by BizNet Vision.
